Why do I feel so out of shape I practice 3 times a week now 4?

It's been going for at least three months and I feel like I'm a 40 year old who has lung cancer at the end of practice for (basketball) I feel like I can't breath and I'm really uncomfortable I've never felt this way ever a month ago is it I'm trying harder than I usually do or is it because I'm just out of shape because I'm starting to get slower at my miles to adding another minute to it I need help this is a really big issue and if I feel like his everytime I feel like it will effect me in the future especially for highschool basketball
