Why do I feel sick after/during exercise?

I just started exercising yesterday (12/13/10) and today is my second day.. Well while I exercise, and after, I feel like throwing up and I feel very dizzy. After I exercise I feel very shaky, like VERY shaky.. I bend over just a little so I can pick up something and my entire body started shaking like one of those tiny teacup chihuahuas.. I have been doing 100 jumping jacks, 50 sit ups, 50 squats, 50 dips, I hold myself in the seal position thing and I do 50 of those crunch things where you touch your elbow to the opposite knee.. If I don't do this many of all of these I don't feel any workout. I stretch before I workout. So what exactly could it be? Someone please tell me because I don't like it.. lol Thank you:)
