Why do i feel like throwing up when i eat breakfast?

i always start gagging when i eat breakfast
its quite annoying..

also when i eat supper and im FULL about half an hour later i get REALLY hungry again :(
 
"Breakfast" is named that for a reason: You "break" a "fast." (fast meaning you're not eating, which is true because you haven't eaten for the night.)

It could be that your digestive system is sensitive to sudden food after about 10 hours of no food when you sleep; try eating "gentler" foods like fruit or porridge. Avoid oily, "heavy" foods like scrambled eggs or french toast, and try not drinking milk; you may be lactose intolerant and especially sensitive in the morning.

If your problems persist go see a doctor, because normally our digestive systems aren't THAT sensitive.

Also, you need to specify what you eat for dinner; don't eat empty food that fill you up quickly. Eat foods with lots of fiber which will keep you feeling full for longer.

Again, if your problems persist then go see a doctor, perhaps they can give you treatment.
