Why do i always get a occasionally sharp pain in my right testicle?

Well this pain comes by every 2 or 3 months and it last for like 10 seconds, its a very strong pain that makes me squeeze my legs together because the pain is SO unbearable , i can feel it right on my right testicle. What can this be? Doe's anyone have this same problem or similar to it?
