why do i always crash during my workouts at the gym?

I've been weight training for almost 2 years now, and I haven't had a problem finishing a workout until recently. lately i have found myself in the middle of my workouts to become shaky, nauseous, and sometimes lightheaded after doing a rep with a heavy set of weights. i know this is obviously an energy crash, but i don't know what's causing it. have i developed hypoglycemia or am i just not taking in enough calories before my workouts? i know people who weight train can develop hypoglycemia so i'm wondering if that's what it is. any insight would be MUCH appreciated. i need to fix this cause right now...my workouts have become real sucky because of this. thanks in advance.
