Ex-lesbian, reverted Baptist, good Christian Mother is being threatened with jail for not allowing her ex-"civil union partner" to visit her child even though the ex-girlfriend molests the girl child.

So where do the "gay rights" end and the Christian rights begin?

This isn't the same as a heterosexual divorce.

In THIS case, Ms. Miller came to her senses and realized that a child NEEDS both a mom and a dad, and now the big nanny government is stepping in and FORCING HER to expose her innocent child to the deviancy of homosexuality.

How is that just?

In a heterosexual divorce, the parents are still Mom + Dad.

Actually I did click.

Problem when any relationship breaks up things can get ugly. Including the accusation that the estranged partner is a molester. I've seen cases where Lawyers encourage such false complaints to gain privileges in Court.

Unfortunately the result is that NOBODY knows if the claims are true or not.

The Law recognised the co-parent - just looks like someone's tossing a tantrum and may end up in jail because of this.

AFAIC it's further proof that one's Faith is not automatically a Character reference.
