Why do guys hate Ford vehicles?

I've met more than a few guys who have this unexplainable dislike towards Ford vehicles, but I've never gotten a clear explanation as to why. Usually I find out about their dislike when they see my car, which is a Ford Taurus (which I love because I've never had any problems with it). So what's the reason?
