I'm talking about the bar in front of the seat on any bicycle. As a guy who has racked himself several times mountain biking I just have to ask.

why do guys bikes have the high bar below the seat and the girls have the low bar?

I think because the girls can't lift there leg over the high bar. But I hear what u r saying I hit my private on a boys bike-not fun.

The low bar on a girl's bike is so that girls can wear calf-length skirts while riding.
