Why do girls call every guy that they don't know "creepy" unless they think he is hot?

every girl friend I have ever known describes any dude as creepy if they dont know them or think they are hot. They will say oh that guy is creepy, then when they actually know the dude, they are best friends! It is really annoying to me....
Yeah Liz I also hate it when hot chicks stalk me and don't get the message to leave me alone...
