Why do girls always expect guys to ask them out and then whine for not being noticed?

no, you see that cute guy in class, but always waiting for him to ask you but he doesnt and ends up with another girl then you whine why this happened LOL

well from the answers i can surely say that some of you will surely be waiting a long time, unless your SUPER GORGEOUS or something haha
 
Not all girls are like that. I'm certainly not. m 14 and I haven't had a boyfriend. The people that have asked me out, aren't my type.
Really only snobby girls whine about stuff like that. How "they are too pretty that they can't believe no one notices them"
However, their personality crashes their looks

It's just as difficult to ask a guy out as it is a girl out, so It's not our fault
