they always say "everyone thinks honda and toyota is better than ford, there wrong"

ive never seen honda or toyota compare themselves to other cars.

everyone knows honda and toyota are the better the brand.
i wouldnt say its myth, my 2004 civic has 107,000 miles with no engine or tranny problems thus far. ive had toyotas and hondas, all 4 of em didnt have any engine work.

Because Honda and Toyota are known to make very reliable and overall good cars. I believe Toyota cars are very reliable, not too sure about Honda though, never had one... But have heard they are.

It's called marketing, and though, I have to admit Ford is coming up to compete against Honda and Toyota. Ford has made some serious improvements to their cars. I'm very impressed with their quality. Toyota and Honda are notorious for being reliable, safe and affordable cars. They are practically perfect. Ford and Chevy want people to know this to get more customers. A.K.A. Marketing.

Hey by the way, I love Maserati's, my mom may get a Quattroporte GT S.

My 98 Mustang has 152,000 miles with no engine or tranny problems thus far. I've had Fords and a Mercury, all 6 of em didn't have any engine work.

Basically they are trying to open the eyes of the deluded little sheep to the fact that American branded cars are now just as good or better than the ricer brands. People who still say rice is better are holding on to outdated myths from the 70's and 80's.

PS: the one time I was dumb enough to buy a honda, I ended up having to buy a new transmission for it, and the headlights quit, and the power antenna quit, and the engine puked oil everywhere, and the hoses all blew, and the door sometimes wouldn't open, and on and on. I finally sold it at a loss and ran away just to be rid of it. And it had far fewer miles than my Mustang has now.
