why do female preachers say these verses'1Cor.14:34-35' don't apply anymore?

1Cor.14:34-35 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law.

35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

Biblically speaking...

The position of a bishop is given to the man, not from man but rather from God due to the Higher Archy of creation. But in answering your question I feel, some women ignore these verses because it gives them an excuse to ignore the Bible, and to hold a position of power that does not belong to them. That and they think it was a cultural thing.. which it is not.

Those who quote:Gal 3:28 -- if you read in contex these verses are refering to slavation, whcih is different from leadership roles.

Because they never did apply to women as preachers. You are taking them totally out of context, as "christians" are wont to do. Read Paul in the entirety of the first 7 epistles, he highly praises a number of women as preachers and leaders in the early church.
Blessings on your Journey!
