but not the UK? I don't see why they can't do delivery. Maybe legal reasons (but local pizza, kebab, takeaway etc... deliver)? Possibly economic reasons? I don't know the costs but there seems to be some demand.

If they delivered there would be more fat people. If you were home alone hungry and cant drive would you order pizza or a big mac with fries and a drink?

They do deliver in USA, i have seen it first hand.. But i live in the UK, and yeah, there is a group on Facebook that is wanting mcdonalds to do deliveries.

I think because its cheap food they would need to get big orders or travel under a mile to someones house to make money. Thats why in NYC they do it because theres pretty much a mcdonalds next to everyones house.

they are the uks biggest restaurants they dont need to deliver they make enough money without it.

as far as i know clydebank (just outside glasgow) and the surrounding areas was the first to deliver mcdonalds in the uk. it was a guy with a cooler for juice and a heater to keep the food warm who took orders went to the drive thru n delivered them.. mcdonalds tried to sue but he wasnt breaking the law in anyway but it didnt last long anyway. i ordered a few meals and waited an hour for it and the delivery was nearly £3 so as good as it sounds it wasnt lol

I love the KFC delivery scheme.

From my front room i can see KFC. If there is a queue i phone up and use the delivery service. Its free so why not use it.

i went to singapore last year and i could nt believe that they all deliver over there i wish they would over here n the uk but then again over in singapore they are open 24hrs aday maybe thats why over here most of them shut at around 10pm
