When they punish exactly the things that are needed in the real world-
Exams stop collaboration, research, quality checking and editing, creativity, communication, citing sources, basically everything that is actually needed in the real world. This is not to mention, people learn the test, and don't actually develop a deeper understanding of what is being tested.
I also would very much like if any answerers could refer me to any studies or theses or statistical surveys or articles etc. that look at this issue.
