NROTC program? It seems like on Y!A they always sya something like "you will never get the same respect as someone who was enlisted then becomes an officer."
I think that's really jacked up because the people that get selected for the program have worked very hard from high school up to the four required years of college.
I think it's just jealousy because maybe that was once there dreams or something and they got crushed.
I'm not just saying Marines but I put the especially Marines part because whenever someone says Marine they come running to see what the question is about. What I mean is all branches in general.
John you don't have to be book smart to get an NROTC scholarship. Well I don't consider a 2.5 GPA being book smart, since 2.5 is the minimum youhad to have. My best friend got a scholarship with a 2.7. I had an 3.2 GPA and got a full paid scholarship.
