It happened to me one time. A driver was up my ass for a good mile or two with no one in the fast lane. It didn't make sense why he was so close behind me. Right before he had his chance to exit he flashes his lights two or three times. It's sneaky because the driver is already exiting. Well, I witnessed someone else getting flash as a driver was exiting too. So I'm not the only one. What's going on here? The drivers just impatient or is this a signal for something I've never heard of before?
