why do "constitutional" conservatives forget about the rest of the bill of rights?

Rev is very clearly well educated (or so I thought).

The conclusions he reaches and his oft inability to present real world answers to anything show that he's been significantly sheltered by academia, but the education is still there.

its the 10th Amendment bro!!!

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

And the Bill of Rights applies to anyone in the US, you don't have to be a citizen. Hence Boy George's decision to keep prisoners off of US soil.

are you talking about some terrorists u.s. captured in Afghanistan/Iraq? i don't see how they fall under the 6th amendment. they are enemy corabatants and should be treated under Geneva Convention and such

"Constitutional conservatives" generally forget more than just the Bill of Rights.

"Constitutional conservatives" generally only give a shit about states rights and gun rights.
