why do "constitutional" conservatives forget about the rest of the bill of rights?

The Federal Government should only have a few tasks, one of which is to run a military.

That said, we should do a lot less with ours and it should be much smaller.

so state laws can't recognize sex in any manner? That isn't reasonable.
something can be exclusive without being discriminatory in nature.
I am not entitled to affirmative action initiatives-I am not discriminated against in these laws[well, I am in practice but thats a different matter] I simply don't fit the definition of a protected class.
state marriage laws simply define a term using what was then/still is to many an operative definition.

Fixed. If you want to talk shit, at least get it right.

Here's a hint:

Nobody opposes trying criminals, you fucking moron. But prisoners captured in war have no place in our civilian criminal system.

I don't trust the justice system enough. All these conservaderps don't trust the government for anything, but they're A-OK with letting the government imprision and kill people

Ugh, I'm not gonna get into it with you two this late. Ivy Mike is a trolling anarchist, and Jason just wants to fight. Yes, I suppose you could call me a classic liberal in a broad sense, but when talking American politics and the liberals vs the conservatives my beliefs are more in line with what conservative beliefs were in this country, just not currently, was my point.
