...didn't do any better? My conservative/republican friends, why do many of you complain about the lack of bipartisanship in DC when your own elected politicians showed very little during their tenure in the majority?

Is it a double standard?
Is it just an emotional need to rant (the same one many liberals/democrats often had when they were in the minority) ?
I beg to differ with you C B. I'm not talking about only procedural mandates on the congressional floor, but attitudes in general. And look up the years between 2001 and 2009, and you'll see what I mean about the conservatives not doing any better ;) Look it up.
 
it is not a double standard you libs do the same ,but only complain when one of you are president but ignore it when you are not
