when.....? an even bigger amount goes towards fighting illegal wars and maintaining the US empire worldwide with access to "essential" strategic locations, oil, etc to profit off of
The US spends the LARGEST amount on military expenses. You dont hear conservatives complain about this. Their energy goes towards ranting about "lazy" people on welfare, not corporate welfare (which is a much bigger expense), but social welfare.
I think conservatives (more like 100% certain) hate people, and that is why they like destroying life (and dont tell me that its for freedom bs because invading iraq- an convenient oil rich location in the middle east- is not for "freedom") rather than protecting it
To conservatives its OK that the US is bombing civilians but it is not OK that 1% of their tac dollars goes towards welfare! That's an outrage!
