you could just take every conservative answer defending Sarah Palin and insert Nancy Pelosi's name but that wouldn't give you the real answer.

The real answer is that they rant against Nancy Pelosi simply because she's a democrat. Sure, some of it may be sexist and some of the ranters may actually be sexists but the initial cause of their complaints is that she is a democrat.
