Hi. I'm stuck with a question in my brains for a while now, that defy the laws of nature.
If someone washes clothes too hot, the crimp. But HELL WHY?
I mean, everything you heat should grow bigger and wider. It makes no sense to me.
If I wash something too cold it doesn't grow bigger. Unfortunatly.
I came up with 2 theories:
1] When they are in the washing machine they do grow, but when they dry, they start crimping again, and then get a little bit smaller then their original size
2] The hot water affects the fiber in the clothes, same priciple as burning something with hot air.
Sorry for all my grammar mistakes, I'm a 16 year young Dutch kid.
