Why do Christians argue against evolution by asking to see half-ape,

Rational Monkey

half-men walking around...? But never care to look for giants, fiery talking serpents, talking donkeys and many other mythical creatures that are described in the Bible?

they know they cant win over an rational, educated atheist. they hold on to every last straw possible... because each one is snapping fast!

Because they don't realise that in 200,000 years time when the descendants of humanity are looking at pictures of how we are today they will often say, " they look an awful lot like monkeys, don't they".

Not all christians ask that, But maybe for the ones that do, they ask for the same reasons atheists deny God, or do not see a connection between science AND God.

The Bibe talks about things breeding 'after their kind'. Creationists have invented a pseudo-science called Baraminology which teaches that no hybrid species can ever occur (since that would refute the Bible).

Apparently Tigons and Mules are not hybrid species (since if they were the Bible would be untrue).

A Humanzee (human father, chimp mother) would immediately explode baraminology; so if they were seriously interested in the truth they would be trying to establish if such a thing was possible.

Are they?

What do you think?
