Most of the food looks good when prepared, but I notice that the cooks use so much salt !! On a morning show just today, one of the chefs was telling everyone to put salt on both sides of salmon and then cook it.
And Emeril uses salt on just about everything.
Don't they realize that too much salt is really bad for us?
