...disrespect their neighbors? Billy Black? My name is Billy Black and I live in an apartment. My neighbor downstairs listens to her stereo with her bass turned up loud and it vibrates and echos into my apartment such that I have trouble reading or watching television. She also bangs on her ceiling when my 5 month old baby makes too much noise since he is attempting to crawl thus he kicks his feet. She even banged on her ceiling when the cable people came to do their business. Even though I will be moving into a house after this lease is up, should I get the land lord involved because she is unreasonable? She also woke my wife and I up at midnight when she and her man friend had a heated altercation in the parking lot. I don't want to live next to people with no class.
