Why do Canadians complain and whine so much?

I have a business that sells to various customers all over the world, and I never get complaints except from Canadians. They are the worst customers ever! They will sit there and complain, curse, and threaten me all day long over a few dollars. What gives? Do they have a little man complex being in the shadow of the United States that makes them this way?
Additional info: Not trolling, serious question. I sell Japanese products, actually. Yes, most of the complaints DO come from Quebec, but not always. I receive almost zero complaints from France, where I have many customers. The issue with the Canadians versus the rest of the world is that when there is a problem with their order, they immediately jump into various threats ranging from personal injury to calling the FBI (seriously). Every other nationality politely asks for assistance if there is a a problem with their order.

WOW! That's bull. I worked in many stores in Florida where we had many, many Canadians vacation and shop on holiday. They were the most curtious, patient people I've ever met. Then my family started vacationing in Canada and again, everyone we dealt with made us feel like family for heaven's sake. It's not bad Canadians, you must just be a bad businessman. Sorry!

I can't tell if your trolling or not, but if that is true why are many American owned businesses reaching to Canada as well?

Maybe you're just getting the wrong customers or it's your product?

Just wondering - how is your french? That could have a lot to do with it. I should know, because it's my first language and I have lived in Quebec :) and I am very proud of that.
