Our boss sent papers around for all of us to sign-down the line. Well, one girl was repeatedly making this difficult sending the papers skipping some people(including me)to have her friends sign first and saying I won't let you folks use my clip-board. Well for one thing this was a very disorganized way to have people sign things at a meeting while listening to a lecture,but to allow such behavior? The management saw this and how she was holding up the process and was talking rudely to people yet did nothing,accept say everyone needs to sign the papers. Where is Professionalism in the work-place and how can people tolerate "no manners" from a few of their Employees. I've been working 20 years(since a teenager) and I haven't seen anything like this before. Comments?
