Why do black people complain so much....?

Why is it that Black people complain about every single thing? Do they do it on purpose or whats the deal?
They complain about prices at the counter(even if its 10 cents), about their food not being hot enough, about kool aid not having more variety, about other people. ETC

They are always complaining.. how come they are never happy?

Because Bush and Cheney had to reign over them for 8 long hard years. I am on the black people's side.
