I have a ATI Radeon 6850 and whenever I run any Bethesda games it changes back to low graphics with large texture size. I go back to the launcher and set it to high, but the same thing constantly happens. Before I had a Radeon x1650 pro it did this same thing, is it possibly a problem with my ATI cards.
I've tried deleting the prefs files in game documents but the problem persists.
