I have watch the schools and the juvie courts send children off to these places.When they return they are puffed all up with fluid. their speech isn`t the same and they have the appearance of an addict. This can not be good. A child`s mind and body is still growing. What are drugs like prozac and zoloft doing to them? What are the after affects when they grow up?
