R race New member Jul 23, 2010 #1 I've tried tons of recipe's, and I'm a cook in a restaurant (does not make burgers). I can't seem to figure out how to make my burger taste like the ones they make at bars and restaurants, is it the cast iron grill maybe? Grilling dust?
