Christians can not PROVE that God exists and atheists can not PROVE that God doesn't exists.

It's pretty much like the "is the glass half empty or half full?" question. There is no right answer in the situation.

The unfortunate thing for an atheist is that they have to prove that something that can't be proven doesn't exist in order to show that what a Christian believes is wrong.

And does anyone actually know how to do that...?

Apparently you don't understand much including English! The word you are looking for is lose. Loose is used to describe something that is the opposite of tight, for instance a bolt may be loose, but you continuously lose intellectual challenges.
