Why do Americans complain?

Obama is doing his best. He needs to raise taxes and what not because your country is in a huge debt to everyone. Did you actually think he'd just magically fix everything?
 
Because we can.. its free speech under the law. and isnt it shameful when you look at the advantages in our country as opposed to others. how people are ALWAYS UNHAPPY.. do we not realize how many forgeiners would kill for the advantages we have and do not appreciate
 
People will always find a reason to complain. And will always assume they can do better than others in a situation until they are actually in that position.

How about instead of raise taxes, we slash government size and expenditures by 75%? And get rid of the federal income tax, death tax, taxes on dividends and capital gains, and lower the outstanding corporate tax (the highest in the world if you include the state corporate taxes).
 
We're not complaning... we're just worried..People around the world are just making it harder for us..creating tensions like North Korea and Iran. People are losing jobs considerably.. we're just in a tough time. That is why us americans are like that at the moment.

Were doing so much for low class & welfare & who is he forgetting about? The middle class. The upper class has enough money anyway so it doesn't effect them as much.

While he raises taxes, he'll also raise the amount of people struggling financially. Oh & the reason the countries in debt is because of all the spending we put out for things like welfare........
 
That's exactly what the conservatives think. Of course, they don't remember that Reagan had run-away inflation and 9% unemployment TWO YEARS into his presidency. Conservatives say, "But Reagan inherited the economy from Carter." Well, WTF, Obama inherited the economy from Bush and he's only been in office 6 months. They complain and will complain if their people aren't in power and they blame minorities for them not being in power--"Obama is president because of he has black skin." No, he's president because he was the best man for the job.
 
THIS is his best?! Yikes! That's why we complain. Oh, and the fact that I didn't vote for him. Remember when you didn't vote for Bush and you complained for 8 years? It's like that. You can dish it out but you can't take it?
 
Americans complain because it is easy to do. I sort of agree that Obama is doing something. On taxes , The USA is second highest taxes paid per person nation in the world. Japan is number one. It is expected the the USA will be first soon. On last question of magically fix everything , NO , but does he have to make the hole deeper ? I wish you well .
 
Ah Kevin we wouldn't be in the debt if he didn't start up all his programs.

I don't know what country your from, but you can have him. We as Americans complain more than ever because we demand truth and honesty from our politicians when they don't give us what we ask of them. This President is able to give Americans what we ask, he just doen't want to because its all about him and his big plan.
 
Then why all the foolish spending? More than all the previous presidents combined. Just because he appears to be sincere does not mean he is. He was not voted into office to put our nation into massive debt that will carry on for many generations.
