i always had a good relationship with my mom.we always talk and i know i can trust her..
but i never had a good relation ship with my dad..
i use to be afriad of him.and i tried not to talk to him at all..
just resently we been getting alot better along
i havent had a good past.. with my dad
he use to fight alot for anything

and yell.
but now that has stopped since he got the police called twice..

If you're moving forward with your relationship with your dad, you're strong. Maybe you cry out of habit or because you're a teenage girl. I'm about the same age as you and I cry when I get in an argument. It's awful, I never finish the argument because i have to run upstairs to my room to cry in private. And I don't like leaving arguments unfinished. :(

Anyways, I wouldn't worry about crying if you feel everything is going well. Crying is a good way to vent emotions, anyway.

its normal to get upset when you argue its not a nice thing and it does make people upset.
