If I were convinced that the 9/11 attacks were an "inside job", I'd probably come up with a theory along the lines of "the government brainwashed some arab guys to hijack planes and crash them into buildings". Something relatively simple, something that wouldn't require hordes of people to be in on the whole thing. People who actually believe such things, however, always seem to embrace incredibly convoluted theories that would require a massive number of conspirators, such as this one (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ssuAMNas1us) which involves that the planes which struck the twin towers were outfitted with large laser cannons, which fired at the tower moments before impact. Why is it that truthers pass over any number of simpler theories, and instead present ideas like this one?
