OK. I've been to a buffet type thingy in a casino twice is the recent past. I payed with my debt card. They gave me two receipts. One for the host and another one where I THOUGHT the tip was supposed to go as it had a spot for 'gratuity' and then the total under that.
The 2nd time I went, the initial total was $19.22. I put a 'gratuity' of $3.00 so the new total would be $22.22, and therefore easy to remember. When I looked at my bank statement today, the total was listed as $19.22.

Why didn't they add in my tip?
