Now that is a good question and exactly explained in why the Democratic party RULES the Senate and the House and the presidency and even the Judical section of the country.
Legislative, executive and judicial. All controlled by the democratic party. I think that explains itself, they did nothing but line their pockets from drug companies, energy companies, big banks and cut educational funding (until bush to be fair). So those are just the facts.
