why didn't my boyfriend just admit to painting my nails pink?

he painted my nails pink a few days ago
and i told his friends how cute it was that he painted my nails pink
and he was like "no, i didnt paint her nails" ugh. what is wrong with him
 
well he was being sweet to you, but he's probably too embarrassed to admit it to anybody else, its okayy though, its just a guy thing (:
 
Because that is embarrassing for a guy to say.. Why are you making him paint your nails?
