Why didn't Harley Davidson™ try to get nicky hayden to ride the VSCRX in the

superbike races for them? Was he just not a good enough rider to handle the awesome power and speed of the VRSCX in a race, do they have a better rider in mind?
 
I suggest you take a honda cbr 900 out for a spin and then a harley
then you decide which one out corners out accelerates and out brakes the other.

Then you decide which one you would want to be on in a race that was legitimate and not stacked in the favour of the home grown market!!!

why else don't you see Harley's or buells in other race catagories

I hate Nicky Hayden, but I am rooting for Ben Spies now, along with John Hopkins.

because he is above harleys. DUH! any fool can ride a harley, try mastering a moto gp bike. and what do u mean "awesome power and speed" of a harley. what are u smoking...? harleys ARENT the shit - sorry to break it to you
 
Your ignorance truly knows no bounds! You have absolutely no concept of what a MotoGP bike is capable of, but here's a hint: NO Harley ever made can even come close to it.

Perhaps with your limited abilities you actually BELIEVE Harley can make a competitive bike, and you probably believe in leprechauns as well.

If you remember Buell's wake-up call last year at Daytona's superbike race, you no doubt know that the BEST Harley can make never even got halfway through the race. If they can't keep up with AMA bikes, there is no chance in hell for a Harley in a REAL race.

I would like to see Cycle World or someone do a comparison between a stock superbike (say, a Ducati 1098R), a supersport like my CBR600, and your beloved Harley on the track.

I'd put money on your slow pig of a bike being spanked as soundly as Macintosh was by any Intel PC!
 
they had migell duhamel riding for them when they made thier very short return to racing.And he did put that bike in the pole position more than once.
 
Harley Davidson and Superbikes. Try Harley Davidson and Tractor Pulling.
Nicky Haydon might be daft but he isn't stupid to ride in Superbikes you need a Superbike not a Truck.
