How did you come to pick your CORE art, if you have one? Did you bounce around for a while before finding that one art? Or did you stick with the first art you entered?--- Was it the teacher? Or the fellowship of a certain group of people there? Or the system itself? Was it the techniques? The tactics? The principles?--- What brought you to choose and stay with that ONE specific art? And, what exactly is that art?

My core art is Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu. I took several arts before I found it. During my time with the Cobb County Police Explorer Unit, one of the officers amazed me with his martial abilities. He told me he trained in Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu. I thought to myself, "Buji Budoo whaty?" So, having the internet at my disposal, I did what I always do when I don't know what something is... I Googled it. After much research and studying, I was completely dumbfounded and amazed. I simply had to take it! As luck would have it, that same officer was a certified Bujinkan shidoshi and had a dojo. Eventually I joined and I've been in it ever since.

It was not only the instructor, but the techniques, the tactics, the principles, EVERYTHING! It's an amazing martial art and I plan to stick with it.
