Why did Yahoo pull the "discuss" feature from news stories?

Everyone I talk to loved that and if your customer base loves it, why would you ditch the feature? Great business heads at Yahoo and they wonder why their stock price has had problems....

It was bit out of control.

Yahoo wanted more regualtion on what was being posted.
