Why did the House Rep's whine and cause the free for all in the Market?

Check your Facts This is Dems party if it wasnt they would be calling for investigation like they always do.
 
Is this a joke? House Republicans could have all voted no and if all the democrats voted yes - the bill would've passed. You cannot blame this on republicans - they are the House MINORITY. The MAJORITY still could have voted for the bill, but they did not.
