why did she have sex with me and not him?

my female friend and i had sex all the time when we were together but then left me for a guy she knew 2 yrs longer then me and she has not had sex with him yet, i only knew her for a year but they have been off and on for 3 years and she never did anything with him but kiss. even though we are friends now she doesnt ever want to come to my house at all but she goes to her boyfriends house all the time.
 
She felt that either it was too soon for her that you both slept together, or had a bad experience from it.
It's very likely she wants to wait till she's ready again
 
she doesn't go to your house because she has a boyfriend and she's probably afraid either she's going to cheat on him with you or that you're going to make a move on her. the rest, i have no idea.
