Why did my home pregnancy test come out positive and the one at the hospital negative?

So to day I did a home pregnancy test it came out psitive but one of the lines was really light so to make sure I went to the hospital and they did a test and it came out negative! That same day I did both pregnancy test

Why would that happen??
They told me to do an other home pregnancy test
But I don't understand why one was positive and an other negative!

Does any one know why this would happen???

this can happen if you tested too early. Just test again you are probably pregant false positves don't normally happen

Home tests aren't 100 percent accurate but the one at the doctors should have been

Oh my god, that happened to me with my son when i was pregnant. There could be a high chance of you being pregnant. The hospital test probably didnt show up dark enough thats what happened to me to and they ended up calling me back apologizing, but yup i was pregnant.
