why did my amp stop working after my car came back from a mechanic?

I had to take my car in for a number of emissions and electrical problems. Driving to the repair shop, my subs and amp were working just fine. After picking the car back up, the amp doesn't work. I checked the connections of all wires and nothing seems to have been changed. can some one explain what may be the reason for this?
 
Have you checked your fuse. If you have a round cylinder fuse they blow on the gold caps but you cant tell by looking at them. Also what about your remote wire? Is it still connected?
