Why did I get a false positive pregnancy test =(?

I got one positive pregnancy test then I went to the gyno an had another urine test that came back negative followed by a negative blood test then a negative looking ultrasound just a little sad about this why did I get a false positive
it wasn't a an evaporation line because it appeared as the urine drew threw the test stick two lines poped up!
 
that really sucks. i'm sorry to hear this. am wondering if you might have experienced a "Chemical Pregnancy." this is when the sperm and the egg meet and join, but fail to implant properly on the endometrial lining. It is very common. so common that most women don't realize they had a chem preg-- usually b/c they didn't test for pregnancy. chem pregs happen VERY early in the cycle; they are unavoidable and there are no medical interventions to stop them. rest assured knowing that you CAN get pregnant. hang in there.
