My boyfriend and I have been dating for 10 months, both in our 20's. He's had a girl at work a couple months ago that was infatuated with him...he always told me about her and that she text him often. Last Friday he deleted specific texts from his phone, I could tell by the sounds it made. The next day while I was getting ready he was texting someone, and when I asked playfully who was blowing up his phone he didnt say anything, as if he didnt hear me. a few minutes later he left the room as we were leaving the apartment and he did the same thing, deleting specific texts. I asked again playfully, what he was deleting and he said his inbox was full. I know for a fact it wasnt because I'd ignored a text on his phone earlier while we were sleeping and it only had two in there.
I confronted him today about it and he said that it was a girl from work, and that he didnt want me to think things that werent true, so he deleted the texts. I just don't know if I believe him, why would he lie about that if it were simply a friend from work, as he didnt hide the previous girl that liked him. He's never lied to me before, never cheated nor have I had any reason to think he had. So do you think he's lying still? Should I be worried?
