well i met this guy who was a friend of a friend. hes a decent lad and never usually gets himself in trouble. but sometimes he messes about like this ...

he knocked out a teacher at his school with a chair and was excluded for a while. but im sure u get permanently excluded for doing something as bad as that? :O it did happen but why didnt he get into much trouble?

Also a few weeks ago he told us that he egged a random teachers car and then ran away n nothing happened. but im sure something wouldve happened? what would u expect to happen?

Basically, in our legal system, if you're under 18 and you commit a crime, unless that crime is murder, you get a tiny little slap on the wrist.

If it's murder, they can put you to death, even if you're 13 and didn't really understand what you were doing.

Our legal system is screwed up.
