Why did ancient cultures make naked sculptures?

Because back then they didnt have freaks obsessed with breasts, chests, penises, vaginas, and butts...unlike today when a lot of people are...They didnt really see why people should wear clothes because we all have the same.

Why wouldn't they? They didn't have the internet or magazines to see anyone naked like we do today. They were just as sexual or more-so than we are today. Plus, the human body is beautiful.

The others were all correct about the human body and the admiration of it. In ancient Greece and Rome it has to be considered that when the gods and goddesses were created, that it how they were made. No body hair, no need for clothing, which is a human social concept. They lived in the various sacred places just as they were. In ancient Greece also, the warriors fought naked, and you will often see Greek heroes depicted just like that.
