I'm revamping my business website, and among other things, I'm adding php includes. Here's the page that's going to work as my prototype:

The includes are located at seraphswords.com/includes/
After altering these, and only these, there was a space above my site. Did I do something wrong? Or is that in the nature of reformatting to php? In any case, how do I resolve it?

Also, since I've found myself asking a lot of questions like these recently, are there any communities or forums that any of you designers/programmers would recommend for stuff like this?
